Aubin Grove

Located just 24km from the Perth CBD, Aubin Grove is a thriving family suburb of approx. 4,000 residents.  Well designed with plenty of parks and public open space the area is serviced by public transport (a train station is due for completion in 2016) a small shopping complex with services like Real Estate Agent, Beautician, Physio, Hairdresser, Chiropractor, Vet, Pharmacy, Coffee Shop, Dentist, Chinese Restaurant, Fish & Chips, Bottle Shop and an IGA store.  A medical centre has also been built in 2013 while Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre and Cockburn Central Train Station are only 5 mins drive away.   The local Primary School is not only well equipped but comes with a fabulous reputation.  A mix of units, small lot developments and traditional lot homes enables generations of the same family to live close to each other and the suburb has real community feel.  For those needing access to the City or the airport, both the Kwinana Freeway and Roe Highway are in close proximity while Fiona Stanley Hospital is due to open in Murdoch by 2014.


Atwell got its name from the Atwell Family who owned the land here at the turn of the century.  Nowadays over 8,600 people live in this popular suburb located around 23km from the CBD.  Such has been the growth over the years that Atwell now has 2 Primary Schools, a High School, a Stargate Shopping Centre and Woolworths earmarked to have their own site soon.   Positioned next to the Kwinana Freeway you are also within easy access of Roe Highway (for airport access), Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre, Cockburn Central Train Station and the new Fiona Stanley Hospital in Murdoch set to open in 2014.


Located near the Kwinana Freeway and close to the intersection of Roe Highway, Jandakot is a very convenient suburb. With much of the residential property on or around the Glen Iris Golf Course and Country Club, this is an area with beautiful streetscapes, undulation and quality homes.  A mix of units, cottage lots and traditional lots make up the majority of property in the area, but there are also a number of 2-5 acre properties as well.  With very easy access to Jandakot Airport and the Flying Doctor development, future growth in this suburb is easy to see.  Close to the Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre, Cockburn Central Train Station and the soon to be completed Fiona Stanley Hospital, Jandakot is nicely out of the way yet close to everything and only 20km from Perth CBD.  Jandakot got its name from the Aboriginal word said to mean 'place of the whistling eagle'.  First subdivided into farmlets in 1889 the suburb is now home to around 2,700 residents.


Named after a ship under the command of Captain James Stirling that explored the Swan river in 1827.   Success is now a bustling suburb of diverse homes and businesses and an expanding shopping centre.   Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre is set to become one of the largest shopping centres in Australian and with Cockburn central Train Station 'over the road' this area has become popular with city commuters.  Like most modern 'mortgage belt' areas Success has a mixture of small and family size property, a medical centre and is only 23km from the CBD and approx. 12km from the beaches of the West Coast such as Coogee.  With a population of around 8,500 the area is well serviced with 2 Primary Schools and a High School (Emanuel Catholic College).  Food outlets, cafes and transport all form a part of this suburbs daily activity.
